Kindly repack the item, in the original packaging and post the item back to us (including any order details to :

Please ensure all returned items are in an unworn or unopened condition.
All returns remain your responsibility until received by us, so we recommend upgrading to a tracked delivery service.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of gels or socks.
Item missing or incorrect item in my order?
If you find an incorrect item in your order delivery, please contact customer service on 01495 356732 and we will resolve the issue for you.
If your delivery is missing an item, please contact us on 01495356732. It may be the case that the item has been sent separately if not will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
I want to cancel my order
If you change your mind and want to cancel an order, contact us immediately on 01495356732. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will issue you with a full refund.
If your order has been dispatched (usually within one working day) then don’t worry, you can return your order for a full refund once you receive it.
